Welcome to our Resource page!

At Not Just Dust Cleaning, our values aren’t just words on a page, they’re the compass that guides every interaction. These values, from how we treat clients to how we collaborate as a team, are the foundation of our success.

We appreciate and respect our entire team, from veteran leaders to talented newcomers. We see their dedication and expertise every day, and that commitment inspires us all. In return, we expect everyone to embrace our mission and core values, including unwavering honesty. After all, it’s through the individual actions of each team member that our reputation within the community is built.

We believe deeply in the vital role home service professionals play. That’s why we’re passionate about fostering personal growth and continuous improvement, both for our team’s benefit and the benefit of those we serve. Together, we strive to exceed expectations and deliver an exceptional experience that reflects the quality we all stand for.

Our Core Values:

  1. Integrity – The quality of being honest and fair.
  2. Professionalism – The skill, good judgment, and polite behavior expected from a person trained to do a good job.
  3. Quality – Doing the work with excellence.
  4. Take care of people – Our job goes beyond cleaning. When we are cleaning, we are providing an essential and extremely valuable work. When we are cleaning a house, we are taking care of that family.
  5. Go the extra mile – It involves putting in additional effort, going above and beyond your usual responsibilities, and displaying initiative to achieve a better outcome.
